1. Who we are
Xersio Community is a fitness social network where people create profiles, share posts, follow others, discover gyms and studios, and (where authorized) open Xersio Member Management for a business they own or work with.

2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information created when you use the service:
- Account: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Profile: photo, cover image, headline, location, fitness interests, and other details you choose to add.
- Community activity: posts, comments, likes, follows, saved content, search, and similar actions.
- Business information: if you start or manage a business, we store its name, description, contact details, location, branding, and related request or approval records.
- Device and notifications: a device token so we can send push notifications if you allow them (for example via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Technical data: session cookies, IP address, approximate log timestamps, and basic request data needed to keep the service secure and working.
We do not ask for payment card numbers in Xersio Community.
3. How we use information
- Create and authenticate your account, including email verification and password reset.
- Show your profile, feed, notifications, search results, and business pages.
- Process business listing requests and community administration.
- Open Xersio Member Management for businesses you are authorized to manage, using a secure handoff.
- Send service emails and, if you opt in, push notifications.
- Protect the platform, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the product:
- Other users: content and profile details you make public in Community are visible to other members according to the features you use.
- Businesses you join or manage: relevant account or membership details may be used for invitations, staff or member onboarding, and Member Management.
- Service providers: hosting, databases, file storage, email delivery, and push notification providers that process data on our instructions.
- Legal requests: if required by law or to protect Xersio, users, or the public.
5. Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect against cross-site request forgery, and remember session state. The app will not work correctly if required session cookies are blocked.
6. Data retention
We keep account, profile, content, and business records for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account as described below.
7. Your choices
- Edit your profile and business details in the app.
- Turn off push notifications in your device settings.
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@xersio.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.
8. Children
Xersio Community is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No online service is completely secure. Please choose a strong password and keep it private.
10. International processing
We may process information on servers outside the country where you live. If you use Xersio Community, you understand that your information may be transferred to and stored in those locations.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Xersio Community after an update means you accept the revised policy.
